Sarah Beaumont Hines, Executive Director of Operations                                      

Sarah is Chief Plant Lady, Systems Slayer, and Operations Lead of The Inc Green Lake & West Seattle. As the “Wizard Behind The Curtain,” Sarah can be found in a quiet corner fixing an operational issue or creating a more inspired space to help our Inc. members feel more productive.

With a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship and her experience in Corporate HR Operations, Sarah has found the perfect opportunity with The Inc. to combine her professional experience with motherhood. Not only does Sarah work hard to create a unique space like The Inc. for other parents, but she also uses it for herself and her toddler and has desired such a space since her pregnancy. Sarah has been a coworking advocate in Seattle for several years. Since 2012, she has helped to promote the Seattle coworking movement and has consulted for other coworking spaces during their early stages and has been involved with The Inc. since its earlier iterations. Sarah lives in Georgetown with her husband and son and is excited for the shorter commute to The Inc. West Seattle! 


Rachel Davis, WS Community Cultivator 

Rachel is The Inc. West Seattle's Community Cultivator and brings a wealth of flexible childcare management and community-building experience to the role. She understands the unique childcare needs of flexible-working parents as she is also the owner of local babysitting referral service Spilt Milk Nannies (Eastside/Bellevue), where she oversees building a trusted network of hard-working, motivated babysitters and local families. Rachel will be the go-to person at West Seattle for administrative tasks such as tours and member registration but most importantly she will be welcoming/supporting West Seattle families to the wonderful world of coworking! In her spare time, Rachel enjoys traveling, writing, and setting up puppy playdates as a highly-devoted dog mom.


Aubrey Flintoff, WS Playschool Caregiver 

Aubrey is The Inc. West Seattle's Playschool caregiver and will be leading the fun in the mixed-aged playcare room for children 1-5 years old. She is a recent graduate of Western Washington University where she majored in Recreation and received a minor in Communication Studies. She has a passion for public speaking, leadership and helping children lead healthy and productive lives. In her spare time, Aubrey love to travel, hangout with friends and eat well! She has been a nanny for over five years and has experience with babies and children of all ages including newborns/infants. Aubrey looks forward to meeting and building relationships with families at The Inc. West Seattle.
