Sarah is Chief Plant Lady, Systems Slayer, and Operations Lead of The Inc. As the “Wizard Behind The Curtain,” Sarah can be found in a quiet corner at both Inc. spaces fixing an operational issue or creating a more inspired space to help our Inc. members feel more productive.
Erin Kelly, Community Cultivator
Erin is Seattle's Go-To Nanny Guru and onsite Community Cultivator. She manages the day-to-day administrative duties of the space such as handling all inquiries, tours, member onboarding; supporting online and onsite member experience; and facilitating day-to-day Inc. GL community cultivation.
Danielle Day-Beddard, Toddler Room Lead Teacher
Teacher Danielle leads The Inc.'s toddler room for children who are steady walkers up to 2.5 years old. Danielle brings to the role her M.Ed. in Exceptional Student Education and Graduate Certificates in Autism and Behavior Therapy, as well as a wealth of experience and passion for helping toddlers engage with their environment and peers in a safe and fun way.
Abby Coe, Preschool Room Lead Teacher
Teacher Abby leads The Inc.’s preschool room for children who are 2.5 to Pre-K age. Abby spent the past 6 years working with children on Disney Cruise Lines. She started as a performer and then moved behind the scenes as a trainer for Youth Activities. In this role she was in charge of maintaining quality control of program content, counselor knowledge, and training of every detail that goes into the care and responsibility of children from 6 months to 17 years of age within the spaces. While working with Disney, she met different colleagues and children/families from all over the world, which helped broaden her own understanding of the variety of ways to interact with children.
Miriam Yoon, Playschool Program Support
Miriam has a BS in Child Development and MA in Education and has worked in teaching environments all across the spectrum including childcare, contained special education, inclusion model classrooms, and therapeutic programs. Jessica Lord, Playschool Program Support
Jessica brings over 15 years in early childhood education experience and has worked in and around North Seattle teaching in a variety of settings such as Nurturing Pathways, Creative Dance, and Roaring Mouse Art Studio. Jessica is excited to support the Playschool team in developing a flexible everyday program that is equal parts playful, reflective, and community-based.
