Cultivating CURIOSITY, EMPATHY, CREATIVITY, and COMMUNITY through PLAY is at the heart of The Inc.'s Playschool philosophy.
With 90% of a child’s critical brain development occurring by the age of five, The Inc. Playschool is not a drop off point or a holding tank, it is a nest for our youngest coworkers - our mini INCers - to grow their hearts and minds through play. Through responsive caregiving and reflective teaching, our commitment is to foster a community of learners to be the critical thinkers and collaborative partners of tomorrow.
For Summer 2023, we will be running mixed-age classes for Toddlers and Preschoolers. Coworking is included in ALL summer camp packages, and we strongly encourage parents to remain on-site regardless of your child’s age as this is important to building and maintaining our community. Children ages 3 years old - PreK
7:1 child/teacher (or less) ratio at all times
Children do not have to be potty-trained but parents MUST remain on-site to help with diaper/potty needs.
Parents of 3 year old+ and who are potty trained are able to drop-off and leave on occasion, though we strongly encourage you to remain on-site.
Room is led by a Preschool Teacher who thoughtfully prepares the environment and activities and introduces monthly themes to spark curiosity.
Fall 2023: Preschool is open M-F, 9 AM to 1 PM. Cost is $1,650/month for full-time, with 2- and 3-day schedules available as well. $100 refundable preregistration fee required to hold your place for Fall 2023. Please contact us at hello@theinccoworking.org with questions and interest.

Toddler Room
Children who are 18 months - 3 years old (some children may move to Preschool room at 2.5 years depending upon availability and teacher’s discretion)

Cowork + Coplay Room
A shared room for parents and their young children (especially crawlers!) where parents can get work done while their child securely explores the environment under their supervision and nurturing presence. This space is lightly staffed to provide assistance to parents and play ideas to children, but like in an open-play or open-gym area, parents are ultimately responsible for their own children. Children 0-12 are welcome with their caregivers. For Summer 2023, Cowork/Coplay is available 2 - 5 PM T/W/Th. Cost is $150/month or $40/week.
