Kim Thomas, Program Manager

Kim is The Inc.'s Program Manager and brings deep experience in supporting growing organizations. She oversees daily operations and works to develop member programming and community building.

Shelby Shelton, Playschool Assistant

Shelby Shelton is the Playschool Assistant at The Inc. She brings over a decade of preschool teaching experience as well as mentoring early childhood education teachers in best practice childcare. Shelby is passionate about children learning through play and helping them create meaningful learning experiences. Relationship building and community cultivation is an important part of Shelby’s vision in her role at The Inc.

Danielle Day-Beddard, Toddler Room Lead Teacher

Teacher Danielle leads The Inc.'s toddler room for children who are steady walkers up to 2.5 years old. Danielle brings to the role her M.Ed. in Exceptional Student Education and Graduate Certificates in Autism and Behavior Therapy, as well as a wealth of experience and passion for helping toddlers engage with their environment and peers in a safe and fun way.

Aubrey Bonora, Preschool Room Teacher

Aubrey Jean Bonora is a mother of two children. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) from California, having moved to Seattle at the beginning of 2016. Aubrey provides infant and child development playgroups and co-facilitates Adjusting to Parenthood through Perinatal Support Washington, a group offering additional support for the emotional changes and challenges of adapting to parenthood. Aubrey has also recently had the pleasure to start teaching preschool. Aubrey has run a successful mommy and me group, has practiced as a doula, and worked at a lactation support and traumatic birth consultation practice in California, having previously performed doula services in the UK and South Africa. Aubrey brings a unique practice in supporting new families and their infants, toddlers, and older children informed by her Masters in pre- and perinatal psychology and somatic psychology.
